I was referred to Joe by a few friends who stated that if I wanted to create a resume and cover letter, he is the go-to guy. I was skeptical at first, but I trusted what my friends had told me. I saw his work and was very amazed. So I figured I would put his resume and cover letter to the test. I applied to a PD where a high ranking officer stated the Deputy Chief wouldn't be in until the next week (Tuesday - I called on a Thursday). He stated he usually doesn't respond right away, typically takes a couple of days. I stated that I understood.
Come Monday, I had a phone call with a voicemail from the Deputy Chief who stated how much he liked my resume and cover letter. He wanted me to call him as soon as possible to discuss the matter further.
